
The MC² Coaching fraternity will consist of three levels of well-being coaches across the world:
Level 1: World-class well-being coaches with global experience (MC²).
Level 2: NZ-based well-being coaches (Parihoa Network).
Level 3: Central Otago-based well-being coaches (Edge of the World Collective).
MC² well-being coaches will be available physically or virtually.
Our coaches will have their own recognized coaching practices, but they will also hub as part of a broader community of MC².
The MC² requirements for our coaches will be:
Coaches being part of MC².
Client feedback centrally logged for all coaching assignments done via MC².
Coaches participating in structured MC² coaching development.
Well-being coaching will be in 10 key areas:
Stress Management & Resilience Coaching: Helping clients manage stress, avoid burnout, and build coping strategies for life’s challenges.
Sleep & Recovery Coaching: Guiding people to improve sleep hygiene, rest quality, and recovery habits for better performance and mood.
Mindfulness & Meditation Coaching: Teaching techniques for present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and mental clarity.
Nutrition & Healthy Eating Coaching: Supporting sustainable, balanced eating habits tailored to individual goals and lifestyles.
Movement & Physical Activity Coaching: Encouraging safe, enjoyable ways to integrate exercise, mobility, and posture work into daily life.
Work–Life Balance Coaching: Helping clients set boundaries, manage time, and align work demands with personal priorities.
Emotional & Mental Well-being Coaching: Assisting with self-awareness, confidence, self-compassion, and emotional processing.
Habit Change & Behavioral Coaching: Using psychology-based tools to break unhelpful patterns and build supportive routines.
Purpose & Values Alignment Coaching: Helping clients connect daily actions to their deeper purpose, values, and long-term vision.
Digital Well-being & Tech-Life Balance Coaching: Supporting healthy relationships with technology to reduce distraction and mental fatigue.
