MC² is a global well-being network that began on 17 July 2025 from New Zealand.
Vision
There can be many networks in the world, and this one starts with me, “MC”.
MC² will contain the exponential energy of all I love and know.
MC² is a remote-first network that will have a physical presence of members around the world.
Goals
MC² has many aims, including:
Create an engaged well-being talent network capped at 1 million people.
Take a “whole human” approach to talent: career + life.
Be multi-generational, of all ages, walks of life, and locations.
Ensure everyone feels “always connected” and never alone.
Develop a private platform for the network.
Reduce reliance on conventional social media.
Talent
The philosophy of MC² is to create a global well-being network that helps to also create the future global well-being profession.
At the center, MC² Search will manage an ongoing pool of 500 Chief Wellbeing Officer candidates for new-age leaders who want well-being at the center of their creation.
The CWO space, in 2025, is still embryonic but will be high-growth toward 2050.
The creation of MC² will pioneer a whole-human approach to well-being talent management that takes into account not just what we do for our professional careers but also our lives.
Cadence
MC² started on 17 July 2025 and culminates with the beginning of my 50th year of life.
For the first year of the concept, cycles are particularly important to me for accountability. But I also enjoy the journey, and in Life 2, there is no rush! I'm happy to say that on 17 October 2025, we celebrated our three-month anniversary of this concept. I'm also now one quarter through this auspicious year, and I appreciate those following.
We are about to start admitting the first people to the Network by invitation and/or acceptance of requests. If you are not known to us, you will require two references from people in the Network.
Once in the Network, you'll receive access to a private YouTube channel, member-only articles, and the beginning of your whole-human talent journey with us. It's not just about what you do for work—it's your life skills and passions we're interested in.
Remote
MC² is a remote network, recognizing in 2025 that with advances in technology and globalization, we can be connected anywhere.
Talent in the network, across the world, will converge in common locations where they live, work, or holiday.
New Zealand will be the country headquarters of well-being for MC².
Multi-generational
MC² will consist of members from all walks of life and all ages.
MC² will be inclusive in welcoming positive perspectives from all who contribute to the vision.
Ultimately, MC² will be a network of many professions, locations, and life skills.
While I will initially lead the network—since it’s kicked off by me—leadership will quickly decentralize across specialty groups and centers of expertise.
New-Age
MC² will represent a new-age collective of progressive thinkers who see that well-being is the most important talent area to focus on for the future.
