I am Matt Chapman, a New Zealander.

Matt is known for an authentic, analytical, and high ethics approach to his relationships and work.

He is passionate about well-being via his own personal mental health journey, enthusiasm for fitness, and living his best life.

Matt is respected globally within the worldwide HR profession and business leaders who know of his unique search and networking talent.

He is known for his sense of humour, but also for his idealism and ability to deliver results.

Matt is the name behind ChapmanCG, a global HR search firm he created from 2008 to 2022.

ChapmanCG exists beyond his sale in 2022 and has a network of 150,000 HR leaders.

For the past three years, Mattt has enjoyed a break to fully focus on his well-being.

He is known for various other HR and hospitality entrepreneurial pursuits - BeathChapman, RMI, Bawah Reserve, and Parihoa.

Matt was born in Australia; spent many years in Singapore and now calls New Zealand his home.

In 2026, Matt launches MattChapman².

It is not only his global network but most importantly it is a search firm.

At the centre of this a concentration on Chief HR Officers, Chief People Officers, and Heads of HR across the globe.

MattChapman² works with Global Leaders, Founders, and Entrepreneurs to build their core people strategy.
