Overview
MC² Search will:
Focus on well-being talent, particularly on the creation of a global pool of Chief Wellbeing Officers (CWOs).
Be at the center of MC², a global well-being talent network.
See well-being-oriented leaders, creators, and founders putting CWOs at the center of their concepts, thus creating well-being-centric cultures.
Communicate with the audience who understands well-being as a serious career path.
Candidates
At the center of the global well-being network of MC², MC² Search will help build CWOs and well-being talent for new-age organizations and thinkers.
The pool of CWO candidates will consist of:
HR leaders morphing into well-being roles.
Business leaders with a passion for well-being.
Well-being specialists who are passionate about well-being.
Our CWO network will be developed and kept engaged through networking and thought leadership.
Clients
MC² will connect well-being-minded leaders, creators, and founders who believe in the impact of CWOs being part of their c-suite and who will help develop well-being-centric cultures.
We categorize the market as follows:
“Old-age” organizations and traditional leaders who don’t value well-being (MC² Search sees low potential for CWOs).
Existing organizations and existing leaders who value well-being (MC² Search sees medium potential for CWOs).
New concepts and new creators who value well-being (MC² Search sees high potential for CWOs).
Coaches
As the impact of well-being specialists morphs, MC² Search sees the need for more well-being coaches who can work on a fractional or portfolio basis.
MC² Search believes that the precursor to full-time CWO roles is fractional specialists and coaches.
Once a CWO is appointed, MC² Search sees their specialist team growing with these fractional specialists and coaches.
Recognizing this need and the well-being skills within MC², I am also forming MC² Coaching.
Networking
To keep the inner network of MC² Search engaged, CWO candidates, clients, and coaches will be connected across the world through:
Online thought leadership forums I’ll chair or use members to chair.
Thought leadership articles that I or members will write.
Physical gatherings at the MC² headquarters at Parihoa and other locations around the world.
All members of the MC² Search network will be directly connected to me so that I can address questions and make connections to others.
Alliances
As MC² Search grows, I am building a network of global recruiters and experts to pass search work or candidates to for Human Resources or other C-Suite positions.
The capability of our search alliance partnerships will be across the world, all industries, and all professions.
Our alliance partners will form part of MC² and will have values aligned with the network.
