A Few Thoughts On the Network

How do I enter the Network?

Firstly, you need to be known to me or to someone who knows me. Why? First of all, we want to verify you have the right energy for this Network. As the Network scales, we will build more structure into this process, but for now, we just want to begin. If I know you and you have good energy, you're in. If someone I know vouches for you, you're in. It's as simple as that.

What is the right energy?

Put simply, you are open-minded, understand the concept, and want to transform. This is a Network for growth-minded individuals who want a metamorphosis from their "life 1" to "life 2."

How do I apply?

You will soon be able to connect and give us details about yourself. Once accepted, you are in the Network. We will open up this process soon and will carefully admit people as efficiently as we can. First, we want to prioritize people we know, and then we will move to people who are not known but are interested.

Is acceptance forever?

On the anniversary of your entry to the Network each year, your membership will be extended or will cease. Your journey will be based on your contribution to the Network. We want to keep this Network dynamic, and we also want to cap numbers so it doesn't get too big.

How is the Network like a company?

Think of this Network like a corporation, except everyone works for different companies (or themselves) in different parts of the world. But unlike a corporation, if you stay involved, your journey with the Network will transcend different jobs and phases of your life. We hope for a life-long journey in MC² where trust among members grows.

What happens when I am accepted?

You will be put into cohorts with other members once we establish your "hashtags." These hashtags are your skills and interest areas. The goal is for this platform to be an interconnected constellation of well-being talent with an MC² flavour.

What is the talent aspect of the Network?

This is really what it's all about. Everyone is a whole, talented human—not just their job skills but their life skills. The combination of both makes a whole human. Like any talent-focused network, it's all about maximum growth for members and reaching goals.

Is there a cost?

There is no cost to be in this Network or an annual fee, at least at the beginning. First of all, we want to concentrate on building the trust and credibility of the Network. This is a quality-over-quantity mentality.

How does the Network fit in with MC² Search?

Think of the Network as the giant circle around a small circle at the centre. In the small circle are well-being experts and well-being-oriented leaders. But the Network and talent structure is continually dynamic and ever-changing. This means that a person who is a new entry to the Network could one day find themselves at the centre.

Privacy

The Network will function in private. Whilst it will have an external face, just like a company, the activities of the Network will not be in the public domain. We will utilize limited social media, and entry and access to the Network will largely be through referral. The Network will have different levels of access, just like a company.
